1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the techck platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with techck or any associated gaming platform.
• You have not previously had a techck account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.

techck reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account where eligibility criteria are not met, without obligation to provide specific reasons.

2 Account Verification (KYC)

techck operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a National Identity Card, passport, or other government-issued identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Verification requests must be responded to within the timeframe specified by techck support. Failure to complete verification within the stated period may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. techck will not process withdrawal requests where identity has not been verified.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All deposits to your techck account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. techck does not accept third-party deposits. The following payment methods are currently supported for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash mobile financial service
• Nagad mobile financial service
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay digital payments
• Visa debit and credit cards
• Mastercard debit and credit cards

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. techck processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. techck is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

techck reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any transaction. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder may be returned and the transaction reversed, with any associated gaming activity voided.

4 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on techck are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those rules before placing a bet. General betting principles that apply across all markets on the techck platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. techck does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted under the relevant sport or game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, techck will apply its standard void or replay policy as appropriate to the affected product.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• techck reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting rules section of the platform.

For live casino games supplied by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play, the game provider's rules supplement these Terms. In the event of a direct conflict, the game provider's rules take precedence for that specific game round.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

techck offers promotions and bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only wagers on specified game types or markets contribute towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are stated in the promotion terms.
• techck reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform.
• Players who, in the opinion of techck, are abusing bonus offers or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine play risk may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

Promotional offers during BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other seasonal events are subject to the same general bonus terms unless specific overriding conditions are stated in the promotion details.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

techck is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through the account settings section of the platform.

If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to contact the techck support team at [email protected]. Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the period requested. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will not be processed. techck will not knowingly permit individuals who have self-excluded to continue playing. If you become aware that a self-excluded account has been allowed access to the platform due to a system error, please notify support immediately.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the techck platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and structural design, is the property of techck or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any techck content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of techck intellectual property may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, techck's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. techck is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside techck's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

techck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Account activity poses a money laundering, fraud, or financial crime risk.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the techck service, you should contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance. Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references. techck will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 working days.

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a bet or game round, all relevant log data held by techck and its game providers will be reviewed. The decision of techck following such a review is final, subject to any statutory rights you may hold under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

techck collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between you and techck and should be read alongside these Terms.

12 Governing Law and Severability

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The remaining provisions shall be construed so as to give effect to the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.

techck operates this platform as a safe and reliable service for its registered members. All players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically, as continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version in force at that time.
